2011 Assembly Election Results:

West Bengal

West Bengal win was on predicted terms of Exit polls. Left's rule or as some call mis-rule came to an end today after 34 long years. Left paid the price of not heeding to public sentiments even after the loses in General elections of 2009. Mamata will be the next CM and she will have a lot of hard work ahead to justify her huge victory.

Heavy turnout also proved beneficial for AIADMK. Jayalalitha is back in power and she will have her revenge.

One of the closest fought elections ever in the history of Kerala polls. Congress was expecting a huge victory because Rahul Gandhi handpicked the candidates, but 87 year old V S Achuthanandan showed why he is a great leader and Rahul just an Amul baby. Contrary to all predictions, LDF performed very well and may miss Govt formation by a matter of few seats.
