![]() Acid Factory: 2009
A lot of wrongs never make a right...that's what Acid Factory prooves. The movie is a very bad attempt to copy the thrill and suspense of Hollywood "Saw series" and "Unknown" .The director of the movie once sad that it took him over a year to decide on the script, which is quite surprising, because the movie has nothing new.
The movie shows a group of 6 people trapped inside an acid factory. Fardeen Khan, Aftab Shivdasani, Dino Morea, Manoj Bajpayee, Danny Denzongpa and Diya Mirza have all lost any recollection of their past events, with no idea as to what brought them inside the factory. The acidic fumes are all over, ready to kill them. Somewhere in the movie, the reason for their amnesia is attributed to some gas leaked from a container. These 6 do not trust each other and oviously a lot of anger and in-fighting happens.
Meanwhile, outside of the acid factory, Neha Dhupia is getting all-gyoer searching for her husband, and the cops headed by Gulshan Grover is busy capturing the mastermind Irrfan Khan.
The slow story telling, repeatitive dialogues from each of the six captives and mindless shouting and bad background music, all adds to the movie's downfall. Better wait for next week's releases! |
