Parliamentary Election Results for Chhattisgarh
Chhattisgarh is a state in central India which was carved out of Madhya Pradesh in Nov '2000. Chhattisgarh will have 11 constituencies for 2009 elections. Owing to the new delimitation rules, Sarangarh constituency has been removed and Korba added.

BJP has emerged as the clear winner since Chhattisgarh state was formed. From winning all 11 seats in 1991 elections, Congress droped to just 1 seat in 2004 while all others went to BJP.
