Easy ways to lose belly fat

Summer is coming (got reference?). Anyways, are you worried about your ‘tummy’ showing up when you wear crop tops or tight dresses? or you just want a toned belly? Then this post is for you.

1.Drink plenty of water

Drinking plenty of water everyday leads to a more active metabolism. You should aim for at least 8 glasses of water everyday.Make sure you carry a water bottle with you everywhere so you can have it when you are thirsty. Also adding lemon juice to water and drinking it up will rejuvenate the salts your body lost during the workout.

2.Do cardio

Cardio is one of the most fast methods to lose that belly fat as it gets your heart pumping .When you are exercising, belly fat is the first thing that gets the most attention and hence the first thing that starts to burn off.If you are a beginner start with 3 days a week cardio session and then increase as you keep working on.

3.Skip the crunches for now

If you have excessive tires or fat on your stomach,it is best if you skip crunches for now as they mainly focus on abs and will make your tummy look flabby.Hence it is best to lose some of that stomach before getting back on crunches.

4.Reduce calories consumption

This one is pretty obvious. It takes 3500 calories to lose one pound,so start by aiming to lose 2 pounds per week, that is , 7000 calories per week.Lose all the junk food and soda and you might already be there halfway.Mix your diet with an organized workout session and losing 7000 calories per week wont seem that implausible.

5.Add fiber to your diet

Fibers are found in apples, oats etc. They help in burning of the visceral fact, which is the fat that is located in your abdomen and stomach region. The skin on fruits and vegetables is the part with excessive amount of fiber so make sure you DONT peel the apple when you eat it.

Fattening foods you should NEVER eat

If you’re on our website and reading this already,it means that you are on a diet or trying to be on one.Working out plays a major role in losing some weight but more than half of the process involved in losing weight depends on your diet and what you are eating,so why not just make the whole process more easy by shunning these fattening food for once and all?

3.French Fries

French fries are no doubt very delicious and a very popular side dish but it is also very rich in oil, salt and hence rich in calories. The medium sized fries you get from Mcdonalds has roughly 450 calories in it and thats a lot to just add by eating a snack.Try eating baked potato instead when you get french fries craving.

4.Packaged fruit juice

You might think that you are buying a healthy drink when you get a packaged juice from the supermarket but you couldnt be more wrong as these juices has high sugar content and very less ‘real’ juice in it.So not only its adding unnecessary calories to your diet, its also not providing all the nutrients that a real fruit juice would provide so its just better to get fruits home and make your own fresh healthy juice.

5.Ice Cream

This one might be a little hard to let go because who doesnt love ice cream right? But unfortunately ice creams are very bad for a person on a diet.High amount of sugar, high amount of calories and thats a total no no.So yes its hard but it has to be done–you have to let ice cream go.

Tamaira Ghati road accident destroyed the light of my life

To quote Roosevelt “Light has gone out of my life”

Accident in Bundu killed my loving mom and dad. Multiple fatal accidents has been going on for years in this 43 km stretch between Bundu and Tamaira in Ranchi-Jamshedpur, Nh-33. No help was provided by passerby or the government, they were finally taken out of the car after 3.5 hours. Another accident on the same day killed mom and her 7 year old daughter. Shame on BJP government for not taking any action and being part of this killing. 100s have died in this stretch of road in just last 2 years with no action being taken.

It’s a shame we cannot hold this government responsible and sue them for culpable homicide.

Reliance’s Jio

The launch of Reliance Jio has taken India by a storm. It is now open to all the users who can sign-up and get a SIM card with free service till December.Great things have been heard about Jio’s good internet providing services and that people have already started switching to jionet from airtel, vodafone etc.Jio is now offering free unlimited data, free voice and video-calling for all the users who are getting the sim.
You can also access free wi fi from public hotspots in your area but for this you have to get the jionet app from the playstore or the app store. After signing up and setting up your profile, you can then see the nearest places from your house that has these public hotspots but the catch it that usage of Jio WiFi is limited to one device at a time meaning you cannot connect your laptop and your phone at the same time but i guess this doesnt matter as long as you are getting free wi fi for free.Reliance has already implied that they plan to add more of these WiFi hotspots all across India
The official use of the Jio servies will start from January, after the trial service.Till then get jio and enjoy the free services.

POKEMON GO HACKS

Pokemon go has been the topic of everyone’s discussion for quite some time now.Its basically everywhere..on blogs, the news, the trending topic on the social networking sites. So it makes sense to have an article on pokemon go hacks so you can ‘catch it all’..at least someday.

1.You can have pikachu as your first pokemon

Most of the people dont know that there is an option to have pikachu as your first pokemon instead of the obvious selection Charmander, Bulbasaur, and Squirtle in the beginning of the game. You can do that by constantly ignoring these pokemon and walking away from them until they respawn again and again and eventually you will get to see pikachu with them.

2.Where to find more pokemon
The pokemons are made to be found in areas that are extremely populated. So you will have a better chance of finding ‘them all’ in tourist attractions, malls or parks. Its even better if you already live in a very populated city.

3.Missed a pokemon?
So with your terrible aiming skills you somehow missed a pokemon and that too a valuable one. According to IGN you can get the missed pokemon back. All you have to do it just tap the white ball while its still visible on the ground and voilà.Though it is being said that this is a glitch and doesnt work every time but still worth a try.

4.Free pokecoins from google opinion rewards
All you have to do it get google opinion reward and complete some surveys and stuff and get free pokecoins and save your actual money. The catch is that this is only specific for the android users.
