Terrorist Kasab confesses, talks of an Indian accomplice

Not that it matters much after 8 months since the terror attacks, but the lone surviving terrorist from Mumbai attacks on 26th November 2009 has confessed to his crimes. Kasab also says that he was confined in a house in Karachi with 9 other members for 45 days and that an Indian accomplice taught them “Hindi”.

What surprises everyone is the fact that Kasab has decided to confess now. With his lawyer trying to protect him, Kasab was generally seen denying the killings. But, it seems that the increasing evidence against Kasab has forced the lawyer to change his tactics to a more defensive stance. Kasab now claims he was the one in the Tv grabs and photos, but then he also claims that none of his bullets led to the killing. He says that got hit by the bullet from constable Tukaram Omble , who died in the attacks, and does not remember what happened next. No doubt his recent confession and his statement that his bullets killed none is seen by many as just another delaying tactics to the court proceedings.

Kasab further said that LeT operatives, Zaki-ur-Rehman Lakhvi, Kaahfa and Hamza were present to see them off at Karachi and the house showed on the Geo Tv channel was the same ne where they had stayed for 45 days.
