The longest flyover in India opened today in hyderabad. The flyover, named as P V Narasimha Rao Elevated Expressway Corridor, is 11.66 Kms in length, making it the longest in India. The flyover has been constructed at a cost of Rs. 493 crore
The Hyderabad Flyover stretches from SD Eye Hospital at Mehdipatnam to Amar Ghar Crossroads at Shivrampally. It’d also connect the heart of Simplex Infrastructure and Somdatt Constructions constructed this four lane flyover in a joint venture. It’d also connect the heart of Hyderabad to the new international airport at Samshabad.

The flyover will reduce the travel time to the airport by 30 to 40 minutes. The scheduled date for opening of the flyover was 2nd Oct but the death of Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy, who was the one who laid the foundation stone for the project, delayed the opening. There has been a lot of discord on the flyover being named after former Prime Minister P V narasimha Rao, as many feel it should have been aptly dedicated to Mr. Y S R.

This year, I’ve opened my hotel Saraswati in the village of Varkala, which can be found in the province of Kerala, South India. It is located within short walking distance of the famous Papanasam beach. The beach is a haven of sunbathing, swimming and is known for its fantastic sunsets. You can forget all about your everyday problems and chaos. At the same time my hotel functions as a starting point for you to discover new things in a fascinating country. Spend easy-going days here, my team and I are looking forward to welcoming you.
