De Dana Dan will release for Indian theaters on Friday. After a long gap, hit comedy pair of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal and Suniel Shetty have teamed up with Director Priyadarshan to bring De Dana Dan.
Heri Pheri saw the Director and the three actor combination setting the box office on fire. A sequel to the movie, Phir Hera Pheri, released in 2006, but it was Directed by Neeraj Vora and not by Priyadarshan. So, their teaming up again for De Dana Dan adds a certain charm to the expectations that the movie should be a laugh riot and extremely entertaining.
Next highly awaited movie for Indian audience is James Cameron’s Avatar which releases on Dec 18th. Avatar has been made by a fusion camera developed by Cameron himself and it’s said that the movie will revolutionize the way people watch it in theaters.
Avatar is releasing in India in both 2D and 3D versions. The film will also be dubbed in to Hindi, Tamil and Telugu for the Indian audience. The 3D version of the movie is expected to be the bigger earner and multiplexes across the country are busy upgrading their theaters to show the movie in 3D. So, while India just had 12-14 3D theaters before, it’s expected that at least 60 movie halls will show Avatar in 3D.
