So the D-Day has arrived, after 6 rounds of voting, 24th Nov is the counting day. The day when Bihar will get to know its next Chief Minister.
The Bihar Assembly Elections 2010 were held in 243 constituencies across 38 districts of Bihar. What began on 21st Oct with the first round of voting will end today after the results are declared.
All recent exit polls have predicted a comfortable victory for Nitish Kumar. But no one can write Lalu Yadav off so easily. While BJP+JD(U) combine will look forward to gain more seats than the 2005 elections, RJD+LJP will look to make some post poll combination that will lead them to form the next Govt.
As per the user feedback we have been receiving in our Assembly Election forum, we feel NDA will get somewhere close to 173 seats, RJD+LJP will get about 30 seats in total and Congress won’t cross more than 10.
